The Dart Box is a surprise dart set! You pick your box type and preferred dart weight, and we send you a hand-selected dart and flight combo based on your preferences — but you won’t know the exact design until you open it!

🧰What comes in each box?

Each box includes:

• 🟢 Beginner Box: 1x beginner-level dart + standard flights
• ⚪ Standard Box: 1x mid-tier dart + integrated flights
• 🔴 Premium Box: 1x Premium dart + Premium flights

Every dart is functional, quality-tested, and ready to play with.

⚖️ Can I choose the dart weight?

Yes! During checkout, you’ll select your preferred dart weight. We use this info to match you with a dart that feels right in your hand.

🎯 Are the darts steel-tip or soft-tip?

It depends on the selection. Most boxes include steel-tip darts, but some may include soft-tip depending on your preference or inventory. If you have a strong preference, leave a note at checkout — we’ll do our best to match it.

🎁 Will I get duplicates if I order more than one?

Nope! We track orders and rotate designs to avoid duplicates — especially in multi-box purchases. The more you order, the more variety you’ll get.

🚚 How long does shipping take?

We usually ship within 1–3 business days.

 Delivery times vary by location:

• Domestic (UK): 3–5 business days
• International: 3-5 business days. 
  

  International customers are responsible for any applicable import duties, VAT, or customs fees charged by their country upon delivery.

   

Tracking info will be emailed once your box ships.

💸 Can I return or exchange a Box?

Because of the surprise nature of the product, all sales are final. However, if your item arrives damaged or is missing parts, contact us and we’ll make it right.
